Please
familiarize
yourself
with the
Therapy
Dogs, Inc. website and
learn what
will be
expected of
you and your
dog.
Make sure
you have all
your forms
downloaded
from either
Dr. Paws
website or
Therapy Dogs
Inc.
website.
Your vet
must sign
the
Membership
Application
Form or you
will not be
able to
bring your
dog in.

You will
have 6
months
to
complete
your 3
training
sessions.

Your dog
MUST be
at least
one year
of age.
|
|
If you
have a
new dog
you must
have had
him/her
for at
least 3
months
before
you can
test.

Here is a
valuable

your
convenience:
We are non
profit and
do not
charge for
testing. We
do however,
have
t-shirts for
sale and
bandanas for
the dogs at
$25 with our
logo on them
at the open
house. This
helps pay
for our
overhead.
